Construction
This department is in charge of the construction of roads, bridges, and post tensioned members as well as procurement and installation. We handle all turn-key construction projects from initiation to delivery with ease, contributed by our outstanding manpower.
Estimation & Tendering
This department deals with drawing out estimates for materials, machineries and manpower. Also deals with preparation and submission of tenders, identifies target projects and markets in coordination with the business development department and the tendering committee in order to be aligned with the establishment’s strategic direction, goals and objectives.
Procurement
Partnering with the best suppliers and contractors in the region, we source appropriate and high quality equipment and services; ensuring that they are procured at the best possible cost to meet the needs of our clients in terms of quality, quantity, time, and location.
QA & QC
Quality control during the construction process is extremely important in order to safeguard the value of our clients’ best interests. Our construction inspection and verification requirements include inspections, QC testing, QA testing, establishing construction acceptance criteria, construction audits, compliance with handling, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery requirements; providing the client assurance that the project is being built according to specifications.
Workshop & Facility
This unit mainly caters to the requirement of mechanical components required by the various requirements of the project. The workshop has fairly advanced machinery and a team of skilled personnel who can undertake fabrication of various sophisticated components.
QHSE
Under the directives of ISO 9001:2008, 14001 & OHSAS 18001, we are constantly improving our integrated management system to reflect customer, corporate and legislative suggestions and requirements. RMB Contracting L.L.C runs a Health and Safety Program system as part of its management plan to enhance the overall quality of workforce for our employees. We also hold environmental awareness and protection programs as part of our commitment to the environment
Plant & Production
The department is capable of servicing and maintaining the establishment’s large fleet of plant and equipment to the highest standards. The workshops include engine repair shops, machine shop, spray shop, stores, as well as offices.
Should the establishment require additional machinery, our outstanding reputation with key vendors qualifies ourselves for the highest level of customer service available. These relations allow RMB to quickly mobilize and operate the equipment required to execute any given project.
